I started running in September 2010 and absolutely love it!
To date, I’ve completed 4 half-marathons, one full marathon and a handful of other races. I’ve already mapped out my races for 2013!
Whilst training for my last half-marathon, I discovered the Runner Academy podcast. Ever since that first episode, I’ve been a fan of the podcast. I was delighted when Matt Johnson – founder of Runner Academy and avid runner himself – accepted our invitation to be in conversation!
WHether you’re and experience runner or just starting out, I highly encourage you to check out Matt’s podcast. You can do so by clicking here!
