Welcome to Season 2, Episode 4 of The Conversation Hub! This week, I’m delighted to bring you my conversation with Andrew Morrison.
The theme for this season revolves around “Living An Expat Life.” An expat (short for expatriate) is a person temporarily or permanently residing in a country other than that of their citizenship.
About Andrew Morrison
Andrew is a first generation Canadian from British Columbia. He is the son of two expats who chose to make a life and a living in Canada. His father is originally from New Zealand and his mother hails from the United States.
A decade or so ago, Andrew and his wife relocated to Australia. What started out as a one-year adventure – his wife was getting her Master’s at Bond University in the Gold Coast – has become home for them.
You can learn more about Andrew by following him on LinkedIn!
In the introduction to the episode, I shared some of the findings from the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. These statistics came from their “Canadians Abroad” report published in 2011. You can read the entire report by visiting this link.
Enjoy the conversation!
