I struggle with this all of the time – practicing gratitude that is.
I forget to be grateful and thankful.
I get caught up in the must do, the have to do and the should do.
I get side-tracked by things I have no control over and fret over what might be and could be.
I worry about what I don’t have and what I need to get.
On this Thanksgiving Day, I’m choosing to break the cycle. I’m choosing to be grateful for all that I have and all that I am. For this day, and for those that follow, I will choose to give thanks and practice gratitude.
